| He further added that “We at SMT strongly believe in innovation and improvisation. One such example is our pioneering effort to introduce biodegradable polymer to the coronary stent industry, the most sought after technology currently pursued by all other stent manufacturing companies across the world. Another feature of our achievement is the CE (European Quality approval) approval for two of our bulk buster products. This has enabled SMT to sell its products in more than 80 countries including Europe. Now SMT has got all the five products CE approved. We invest heavily in R&D and we are currently working on certain R&D projects which will revolutionize the stent industry in future.” |
